The DCL explosion-proof electric actuator can be integrated with an in-cavity over-torque protection function. It adopts German-manufactured disc springs—characterized by an ultra-long service life and minimal deformation even under frequent compression—to ensure the over-torque setting remains stable and free from drift after prolonged operation.

Suitable for over 90% of explosive gas environments (excluding coal mining applications), this actuator features flame-retardant motors and electronic components. The machining precision of all mating surfaces is subject to rigorous supplier-side control and inspection, guaranteeing flameproof gaps are sufficiently narrow to contain internal sparks. Its aluminum housing is die-cast using higher-tonnage equipment than standard electric actuators, resulting in a denser structure capable of withstanding far greater explosive pressure.

The actuator has passed CSA testing in accordance with UL and CSA standards, complying with both Zone Classification and Division Classification systems for hazardous locations.
