CSA certificated quarter turn electric actuator/complied to UL standard
Features:
  • Torque from 18Nm to 3000Nm/160in.lbs to 26550 in.lbs
  • All parts are certified by CSA, complied to UL 429 and CSA C22.2
  • Weather proof NEMA 4/4X and IP67 sealing grade with aluminum alloy housing cover/IP 68 optional
  • Duty cycle 60% for 18Nm/160in.lbs model and 70% for all other model

Description

Since 2013, all DCL common-series electric actuators from Huayi Technology have been CSA certified, meeting both the U.S. UL standard and the Canadian CSA standard. The explosion-proof models are currently undergoing CSA tests, and are expected to complete all certification processes in Q3–Q4 of 2020. Meanwhile, DCL products have passed CE certification and conform to RoHS 3.0, with all tests conducted by SGS, thus carrying both CSA and CE marks.

Regarding quality control, any changes to actuator components or suppliers must be documented, submitted, and approved by CSA. Every three months, CSA experts from both the Canada headquarters and China office conduct factory audits to ensure that manufacturing and quality management strictly comply with UL and CSA standards. This rigorous oversight ensures that CSA-certified products maintain exceptionally high levels of quality stability and enjoy broad recognition across the North American market.
